Although this is a small drop. I am really pleased. I feel like my body has taken on a new shape. It is way firmer. I have been doing a twice a day workout and watching what I eat. I am on holidays on Wednesday and for the first time in a long time I am feeling more confident again. The thing is I realized is I REALLY have to put in the work. Can't just talk it. I must get the workouts done before the day is over - no excuses.
