Despite the Chinese meal last night (and left overs so be eaten later today) I'm mostly on track. I can't be too prescriptive or I know I'll give up! But at least during the week I will be strict. Then slightly more relaxed at weekends. But still logging all the food! Even when I eat too much of it. Thanks to the people who support my journal. Its lovely knowing people are out there caring. Xx
