Today last weighin for 12 week challenge. The challenge was to lose 22lbs but I'm always happy with 0.5/week. I was 7 which is above my goal so very happy. NOW the new challenge is to maintain until after the holidays season & then continue on in the near year. I was bad on the weekend. Must do better.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
