The past 3 weeks have been nothing but crazy! I have been eating so terrible... I mean so so bad... pizza, potato chips... last Friday I had 2 cookies for breakfast! But my weight has not moved up an ounce... every morning I get on the scale and do not want to look and there it is... 183 no more no less.
I must say that I feel horrible though... I'm grumpy, and feel tired all the time... I hate it, absolutely hate it! So today I'm back on track!!
