Kicking ass! Even though I cheated for an entire week when I was installing a new floor over the Thanksgiving break, I was diligent about recording everything I ate (and I was working so hard I was still at a net calorie deficit).

As a result I fell right back into my good habits now that I'm back at work. If I can keep up this level of weight loss, I should be able to handily meet my goal of losing 40 pounds by the time I turn 40 in March! Yay me!
101.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
