Down 4 more lbs. Im really gonna try to watch what goes into my body, i need more protein and less snack foods. This past week i was afraid to go home and NOT have 5 points left over to snack on and i found out thats not so good. So i have been using my 35 WPA on snacks after work, so far it worked out but i wanna try to do 12pt for breakfast, 10 for lunch and 14 for dinner. hopefully this will create more of a balance for my body. we will see if i can do it this week lets keep on keeping on!!!
