After being at the same weight for about two weeks, despite following my diet plan correctly, I have decided to take a 3 day break from my normal meals and slightly increase my calorie intake. I will still be exercising as normal and trying to make more of my foods protein rich. Hopefully I can get back to losing weight after this!
