Calorie intake has been lowered to 1216 based on new weight...have been following that amount and staying a bit under (approx. 200) for intake of 1016 for 4 days. Still up a pound overall but down a few ounces today. 🤷🏼‍♀️ worked out for 45 minutes yesterday and was hoping for better results on the scale this morning. Only down 4 ounces. ☹️
50.4 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
