Yes!! I lost 1/4 pound walked last night and sticking to it thanks for all the comments you are keeping me going!

59.3 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg. Still to go: 5.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.8 kg a Week
