Stayed the same this week. Too much cheese and nuts when I went camping. I hope all my friends are OK today. Ronnie , Paula, Michelle - I'll see ya soon hopefully. x

Very good. At least you didnt gain and thats great because you are learning to eat the right way when you are out of your comfort zone. This is crazy, miss everyone already
