It took me a lot of courage to post this weigh in (I've been scared to get on the scales because i knew i'd gained and have been comfort eating) but Sh*t happens. Summer is approaching and it's time for a new start and a new me. After one week of healthy eating,i'm already starting to feel better. Baby steps. Baby steps.
