So frustrated!!!! I’ve been calorie counting and cut out all sweets! I think I over did it on the fruit yesterday! Back to trying fasting technique.
52.3 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
