Worked out today after 10 days off and a horrible diet and I can definitely tell the difference in my stamina... Im laying on the floor sweaty and exhausted after 45 min of strength training & cardio... Im motivated to get these abs & tone my butt! Cant wait to get back on track! These next 2 months are going to be a challenge with Thanksgiving & Christmas meals & that wonder calorie loaded eggnog, I love so much! But if I wanna achieve my goals I have to stay committed!
62.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
