I haven't been journaling everyday but I have been watching everything I eat ( had 1 slip up of a cupcake and a piece of fudge yesterday) and going to the gym regularly. actually had 2 days back to back where I hit 10,000 steps before 10 am

scale finally changed double digits so that made me happy this morning

chest 39 ~ same
above belly 32 ~ down 1
lower belly 39 ~ same
hips 41. ~ down. 5
thigh 22 ~ same
calf 13.5 ~ same
arm 11 ~ down 1

76.9 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
