It happens. I know how frustrating it is, but nothing can be done about the past. You recognize what happened and the more aware you are the better you will learn to cope. As long as you learn something from it, it's a win.

I know it can be disheartening, but scales are known to be evil (lol😜) and you got this. Right off you’re ahead because you logged this. I would’ve been afraid to share this when I first started here, but by logging it, you’ve owned it. And when you own something, you’re overcoming it even if it does piss you off and/or scare you. Sorry if I sound “preachy”, but by you posting this you’ve helped me to become less scared of this journey. I’m rooting for you and looking forward to hearing how you do. 300 will be a memory in no time! 😊🎈
