I haven't been journaling everyday but I have been watching everything I eat and going to the gym regularly. this week seems to affected the scale but not the measurements.. only 1 pound away from changing 2 digits and almost at the half way point too...

chest 39 ~ same
above belly 33 ~ same
lower belly 39 ~ same
hips 41.5 ~ same
thigh 22 ~ same
calf 13.5 ~ same
arm 12 ~ same

77.8 kg Lost so far: 9.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
