I'm fairly sure my start weight of 240 was an error now, I think the scale was at a slight angle where I placed it to weigh myself. Regardless, I think "40 by 40" is a good way to sell it to myself. It's encouraging to have lost 3 lbs from the definitely-valid 237.5 in the first week. I start exercising next week!
106.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
