I weighed in at Carla's just now and it makes me happy to read the scale. I'm back to work. Finished 3 weeks and now start my fourth tomorrow. I'm tired but I still have made time to work out vigorously 2-3x a week. I get quite a bit of walking in at work, thank goodness.
I've been eyeballing my portions and for the most part doing ok with that. I've deprived myself of nothing and have been on target considering I did not make any entries since Memorial Day. I love my Wednesday class at Bally's and also the Yoga class that follows. It's a struggle and I'm still committed..some days are easier than others, but with all I've been through for me to still be here and doing what I can even when my smartphone isn't so smart. I'm going to the finish! :)
93.0 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
