So happy to see a down slide in the scale. I thought for sure last week's binge was going to mess me up. Eating and entire cherry pie last weekend and an entire Virtuoso pizza last Sunday. I had to remind myself how good it felt to put on my favorite sweater and rings, to put me back on track.
