Did pretty well, could have done better, especially on the weekend. I really have to watch what I eat then because I have not been recording the weekends lately. I have a Total Gym now, so I can beging strength training. Hopefully, next weigh in will show a change.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
