Well i have been off my diet since August, and i have gained some weight. I planned on taking a break, but didn't really want to go this long. I am starting again today. Going back on keto. This time without a week week fast first, so this time might be a rougher.
Two weeks from now is the anniversary of starting the diet last year. Here's hoping it goes as well as last time!
