Did a weights workout this morning. Not feeling particularly energized, but I'm back to the normal routine which feels good.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Way to go!!!!!! glad to hear your bck into a routine...thats a start...i kno how hard it is to do it day in an day out, but consistancy gets you to that goal...

Yes I recognize that good feeling when you did a first healthy step with the intention to continue regularly ( I started walking yesterday)
