Only ate when I was hungry...all you have to do it LISTEN and really listen. Its hard at first. For me it means breakfast say at 9, skipping lunch and MAYBE I will have dinner. (But don’t kill your plate, when eating does happen.)
In general it sounds VERY little but it works for me.
There is no calorie counting, no carbs restrictions. But I only drank water, sometimes I added those drops that flavor the water but have 0 calories in them, only to have the mind think it had sugar. 😀 Please comment again if you wanna ask something.
