I seems that I'm stuck at 238 lbs. I've had two days off work and enjoyed working out to start my day. I don't get the chance to do that all the time.
108.2 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 40.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
