So many cheating these past weeks. But I still worked out regularly. 4 times a week for bodyweight workout. 1 cardio (swimming) this week.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
