Broke the 190 barrier. Food choices 100% nutritious. Exercise intense, except missed 2 days the past week due to work. Continue to become measurably thinner, the primary goal.
86.1 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
