I still don’t have a food scale.... 😩

I think I’m a micromanager, at least food wise. I hate feeling full and sometimes I hate eating. We have an abusive controlling relationship 😅. I was using the scale for a while and took it on vacation with me but then left it in Texas. My family hasn’t sent it back yet, I think they're trying to prove a point. Anywho yeah, 6 lbs! I’ll take that win!

@HCB I’m actually at 24.5% body fat according to my scale! Crazy huh? The goal is to just hit 10% one day.
