I didn’t plan on logging my weight since I’m on my TOTM, but I weigh myself regardless just to keep myself aware. I wasn’t expecting to be down at all!
56.1 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
