What's going on here?! I feel like I must be crazy, or that the architectural failings of my house (ie., the floor not being level, shoddy workmanship from previous owners who seemed to be making the house look nice to rent to unsuspecting marks) must be contributing in ways I don't understand because I find it very hard to believe that I've lost 4 pounds in the last day or two. If that's true it's kinda scary to me because I don't want to have an unhealthy weight loss. I'm pretty sure I need to drink more water, but is that it? I'm a half hour from DC now, which more or less is a glorified swamp (topographically speaking), and I spent just two and a half days at an elevation of 2 miles or so above sea level. I know the air is thinner higher up, but how does it effect weight change? This seems crazy.
