I had a few beers last night and some delicious,dreaded Salt and Vinegar chips,which will be out of the house by Monday, last night. I'm sure that blew any weight loss I had for a weigh in this morning. These summer cookouts are going to be tough too. We have another kid's birthday party today. Another one next week. I have a feeling though when the burgers and hotdogs and sides aren't so new and representing warm weather to come, I'll be able to pass on them and stick to the low fat, low calorie foods.
Although I know I can't blame the cookouts, crappy weather or people around me. I'm the one putting food in my mouth and not exercising. Let's do it!
