I really stuck to my low carb way of eating. No snacking. And added intermittent fasting back in. I started exercising again yesterday and I did more today. Really proud of myself.
84.3 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
