okay - so switching up my diet. Need more energy for these long-a@# walks!! Today 6.8 miles Redondo Beach to Hermosa Beach and back. Did I mention my personal trainer (my husband) is trying to kill me....LOL!!
Over 15K steps on my Striv with half a day left. :)
97.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 32.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
