BB naik ya iya lah... habis sakit gindongan sama biduran duh itu obat gatelnya sama vitamin dari dokter bikin gemuk, di tambah lagi habis long weekend banyak liburnya nggak kegym dan nggak ke kontrol deh apa yg masuk ke mulut ya cocacola, ya makanan berlemak jahat, semua masuk ke mulut, hari ini udah nakalnya mulain hidup sehat lagi ke gym lagi ... pagi ini hanya makan roti gandum sama telur ajah plus greentea, mulai lagi minum air putih 3-4 liter semoga bisa ke detoks yg jahat jahat masuk mulut kemarin
