It is fall, and that means berries and peaches are in season....and I'm a baker. So I had some pie this week. But I also joined a zumba class last night, and was drenched with sweat after only an hour. I can easily see that if I continue with tennis 3X per week, and do zumba 2X per week, I'll be having to buy even smaller clothes - and that isn't a bad thing.
