I'm not surprised...actually that's a lie, I expected to gain...so really I'm happy with the results, but it could have been much better (damn cookies!!)
Tonight, I'm drinking too many beer...so my RDI is shot...but I guess there is always tomorrow. Maybe I can be better tomorrow.
