I realize that I didn't have the strongest of willpower at times, but I saw results this week. It's amazing how just paying attention and being mindful of eating can make a difference. I also forced myself to get some me time and exercise in. I'm so ready to drop this every week.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
