well i was really surprised when i got on the scales today and i was down that much..yesterday it didnt show anything really..so had to step off the scales go for a short walk an weigh back in agian..sure enough it stayd the same weight..so that just added onto a great friday..having been in several challanges, ive noticed that when i weigh in, some times the next day it will be down alittle more..so im hopin tomow it shows a little more, but will wait an see..im happy with the 2 pounds...lest im headed down again..an thats great!!!
