Wow...another pound dropped this week...makes for TWO pounds, not one.
My entire schedule is "off" this week due to DH's surgery so I'm up a lot earlier, hungry at "off" times, and generally a lot more tired. Set aside time to catch a nap and seem to be feeling better now that I'm better rested. Lots of reasons why I could be so tired, so I'm trying to make sure I get the rest I need and that I'm drinking broth after being out in the heat!
I'm looking at this whole process as one of discovery on what makes my body tick.
