Well, illness was over and I got a few cravings for junk food and put a few lb back on. I think I got in danger of getting obsessive about this thing and we all know how dangerous that can be. I mean, weighing yourself when you're ill and getting any kind of sense of accomplishment when you've lost weight because you've been ill is ridiculous.
Anyway, whatever. I think this is pretty much it now, I'm not looking down anymore, I'm setting an upper limit now. So long as I stay under 100kg that'll do me. I've lost well over a third of my starting weight and that's enough. If I lose a bit more, that's life. It's not a conscious effort now.
