berlahan tapi pasti... alhamdulillah saur tadi makan total 520 kcal sengaja makan nggak defisit dulu udah 2 hari ini makan sesuai itungan tdee harian dari fs 1700 kcal mau sembuhin flu berat dulu, klo udah fit lajut ke defisit lagi 1300 -1400 kcal, olga ringan2 ajah biar badan nggak kaku... cuaca kya gini emang gampang bikin nggak fit badan
