With shin splints, I can't even walk to the gym to cycle and it's killing me!
55.0 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You may need to give it a rest to allow the shin splints to heal. Make sure you have good shoes. If your a runner, always increase miles slowly. Google stretches to do every day to help. It sucks when that happens.
