Last night I chewed gum instead of eating and I walked 3 miles with friends. I also did 50 crunches and some weights before crawling into bed. So far this morning I did some weights and 50 crunches. Hoping to do the walk and jog today. Its raining so hopefully that stops before my walk tonight. All in all I am doing well. Its hard though.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 27.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
