Having trouble getting in 14650 steps per day. If I would lift weights and/or ride my bike I could do it. So...my goal is to lift the weights this week.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
