Very pleased with my first weeks weigh in!
94.4 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks guys. Iv just been trying my best, I find looking through everyone’s meal ideas has really helped. And just being aware of how much I eat. Just got to keep at it now x
