hi baileysmom...i have had same issues with setting goal weights...i am 5 ft 6 and i have been told i should weigh 120-130....however when i weighed in 140-145 region for many years...i felt that i wouldnot want to be any thinner...i cant imagine myself at such a low weight..and i dont want to lose my curves...so i would say you might be onto something with starting stabilization...numbers are just numbers!! you know whats right for you! it must feel so nice to feel such contentment...wow!! what an accomplishment girl!
