어제부터 오늘까지 무밥 먹었는데 무밥이 리스트에 없어서 칼로리를 모름ㅠㅜ 무밥도 맛남ㅠㅠ♥
헬스 다녀온 뒤에 저녁을 우유+고구마+귀리로 먹으려했는데 본의아니게 식빵과 고구마라떼로 대체... 오랜만에 먹은 옥수수식빵은 넘 맛났다...☆★
