I went up in weight, but to be honest, I did stray from my diet goals more than usual especially with my brother moving to Dallas and Halloween. I didn't go too over my boundaries, but I have been consuming an abundance of sodium. Maybe almost double what I should. My measurements are pretty much the same as last weigh in despite the weight gain.
waist: 25.75 flexed; 26 relaxed hips: 38.5 gut:. 31.5 flexed; 33.5 relaxed
A little disappointed with myself, but I'm happy I know how to go about in the right direction. Now to eat some brunch & play some vball later on ☺️
