YAYYYYYY!!! I'm down another 3 pounds. I am so excited. I worked hard for this one. Lot of walking involved and very careful watch over what I was eating. Also got a lot of good ideas from my friends here so that is a huge help. I hope they are always here.

Well, off to do two case studies for school and work on a term paper. Hope everyone has a wonderful Atkins kind of day.
