well here I am. trying to do some calorie counting and use that to eat a bit healthier.

I did really well with slimming world and lost 3st but you really have to be in the mind set for it...then I moved house and put it all back on again :(

onwards though right?
151 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 51 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
