Yeah result! lost just over a pound yesterday. Phoned my brother who just said well done and put the phone down!I followed the book's advice and went for a walk in the evening too. Hope everyone has a good day!!

61.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg. Still to go: 8.2 kg. Diet followed: 100%.
